Baby Carriers: Moby Wrap, Moby Go, Ring Sling, and The Ergo

Hey guys! Usually I would write something to the affect of, “and this is what you missed in the video because I forgot to tell you”, but in this case because I’m so tired, all I can say is that all you missed in this video was the other half of my face that I inadvertanely chopped off with a poor camer angle :)

With that being said I think I said it all so here are my opinions on the carriers that I have tried and purchased so far and why. Thanks for the video suggestion @serbtwist!

Cloth Diapers vs. Disposables, meh, I like em’ both…

fips

Cloth diapering is something that is coming back full force in the baby world. And why shouldn’t it? The OGIO Brooklyn Bag

Since I’m all about sharing here, and I love finding new things, I thought I’d do an unofficial and quick review of the new bag that I just picked up…er…actually I guess it was sent to me. ANYWAYS. While surfing around on Amazon (my favorite place to shop with free shipping with Amazon Prime) I came across my new favorite bag. For the past few weeks I’ve been searching for a versatile bag that I could use as an everyday purse/work bag to carry my every day essentials, wallet, wristlets, small beauty things, keys, phone, and my work things like my iPad and keyboard. I also wanted it to be big enough to carry diaper bag essentials as well for quick day trips, and such. Since I’m breastfeeding and I only do cloth diapers at home or at my parents I really only need to carry around a few things these days, so carrying around a purse AND a large diaper bag has become very frustrating.

Finally after weeks of searching I found the OGIO Brooklyn bag. Even though it is supposed to be an iPad campus bag, I have repurposed it for what I need instead.

What I love about this bag: Continue reading
